Common questions
How many employees do I need for a group health plan?
Small businesses can often qualify for group coverage with just a few employees, and in some cases one. Requirements vary by plan, so tell us about your team and we'll check your options.
How much does the employer have to pay?
Many group plans require the employer to contribute a minimum share of employee premiums, often at least half of employee-only coverage. We'll explain the requirements for the plans you're considering.
Can I offer dental and vision too?
Yes. Dental and vision can be added alongside medical, and some employers offer them on their own.
Can you help my employees enroll?
Yes. We guide your employees through enrollment and answer their questions, in English or Farsi.
